Search the database by Morphometry
Searching for neurons by morphological measurements can be done on all neuronal trees combined (whole neuron) or it can be done on specific tree type(s). For example, morphometrics from apical and axonal trees can be examined while those from basal trees are disregarded.
To select the tree types you wish to include in your search criteria, click on one of the options below. The default selection is whole neuron.
